A brewery that focuses on delivering simple and delicious beer, a communal space for sharing adventures, and bringing unique people together.

Beer

Many commercial breweries use fining agents such as isinglass or gelatin which are both animal/fish products to help clear their beers. We utilize natural ingredients, sourced domestically and internationally, and have focused on clearing our beers through a process called natural clearing. While this does leave our beers with a chill haze, it does allow our beers to be completely vegan. This process is closer to brewing techniques from the Middle Ages and is rooted in thousands of years of brewing history. It highlights the ingredient’s flavor profile, while filtration can strip out flavors that beer enthusiasts covet. While your mind may trick you into thinking haze is an impurity, we encourage you to try our beer before passing judgement.

Community

We are a brewery deeply rooted in the pursuit of adventure. Whether that manifests in the form of trying different food/beer, hiking or skiing a mountain, sitting on a beach, or just enjoying the company of people from all walks of life, we hope we can provide a space where you feel encouraged to share your adventures with others. In a time where there is so much negativity around us, we want to offer a space to share happiness, laughter, and unique experiences. While our dream is to someday have everyone in person together, for now we hope you will share through our blog.

Individuals and their experiences are entirely unique. A hundred different people could go on the exact same trip, but they will carve out one hundred distinctive points of view. Here at Wandering Gnome Brewing we believe strongly in each of those stories and what can be learnt from them. You may not agree with someone’s point of view, but we urge you to take a moment and listen with an open mind.
